Speedway Children's Charities (SCC) will host and will be involved with several events this year, all resulting in funds raised for non-profit children's charities in Kentucky, Ohio and Indiana. Many of these will require the compassion and dedication of our faithful volunteers from our local community.
HOW CAN YOU HELP SPEEDWAY CHILDREN'S CHARITIES?
SCC can accommodate individual volunteers as well as groups of various sizes. Those who work race weekend events MUST be at least 18 years of age. For certain other events, we can accommodate those who are 16 and older. Please contact for verification.

EACH VOLUNTEER RECEIVES A GRANDSTAND TICKET FOR THAT EVENING'S RACE AFTER WORKING HIS/HER FULL SHIFT

BUBBLE RUN AT KENTUCKY SPEEDWAY
FRIDAY: 10 VOLUNTEERS BETWEEN 2 SHIFTS (10 A.M.-4 P.M. OR 2-8 P.M.) - LOCATION TBD
SATURDAY: 30 VOLUNTEERS BETWEEN 2 ROLES (6 A.M.-12 OR 1 P.M.)
SCC WILL RECEIVE A DONATION FROM BUBBLE RUN FOR MEETING THESE MINIMUMS EACH DAY

Unless otherwise indicated, all positions listed above will take place at Kentucky Speedway and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Volunteers for multi-day events can sign up for one day or both days.
SCC can provide documentation for the time worked if a volunteer is receiving credit for these hours in any form. For example, if your company provides credit for your volunteer hours in the community, we will validate your time worked. Also, those volunteering for school or community credit with a college, university, fraternity, sorority, organization, club or the like can also have their time validated for the hours worked.
