Events to Benefit Speedway Children's Charities during AMA Superbike Weekend at Infineon Raceway
The race weekend will get started with the 3rd annual Grape Crushers Run on Thursday, May 15. The scenic motorcycle ride through the beautiful wine country will feature AMA riders Ben and Eric Bostrom, motocross freestyle star Carey Hart, as well as a country BBQ. All proceeds will benefit Speedway Children's Charities. On Sunday, May 18, signed memorabilia from some of the top AMA road race stars will be up for grabs at the 5th annual Charity Motorcycle Auction. A variety of one of-a-kind items will be available at this silent/live auction which will take place at 12:15 p.m. in The Pulse, the new fan entertainment area in the main paddock. Items will include signed helmets, crewshirts, boots, and photos. It's all part of the big Kawasaki AMA Superbike Showdown, presented by Supercuts, May 16 - 18. All proceeds will benefit youth organizations in Sonoma County through Speedway Children's Charities.
